Service, high standards for hygiene and top discretion are the top advantages of Hotel Idéal. We try to fulfill all our clients needs by paying attention to top quality standards.

Service: You may enter the hotel at any time of the day or the night, our friendly staff will help you to the room and will serve drinks & snacks 24 hours a day. Maybe you want to have some extra towels or you have some special wishes (Birthday, Valentine, Wedding, etc) please do not hesitate to contact us for special arrangements. Once in the room you may call reception at any time to help you out.
In case you cannot find us on the city map you are welcome to park your car in any Antwerp parking nearby the Central Station and take a taxi on our charge to the hotel.
In case you want to pass your stay in a prestige room or a suite we recommend you to reserve a few days in advance, because they are usually occupied. For a standard room you do not have to make a reservation, we have plenty of rooms to rent.

 


All suites and prestige rooms are equipped with air-conditioning.

Our discrete park space with direct access to the hotel is open 24 hours a day and fully free of charge for our guests.

Hygiene: a clean room is a must, with our friendly staff we try to provide top standards on cleanness, daily check-up of all rooms guarantees this high level of hygiene. This is the main reason that we do not have bubble-baths or water-beds. In all rooms free condoms are provided. If you have any comment on the room you occupy do not hesitate to notify us upon this matter.

Discretion: the discrete location of the hotel, the parking which provides you immediate access to the hotel and our trained staff make you enter your room in less then a minute. All rooms have telephone line and a private number makes it impossible to be located, in this way you may discretely contact someone without having to pass by our receptionist. By dialing 11 you reach the reception who will at any time serve you all room-service orders. As you can see you do not have to leave the room anymore once arrived at Hotel Idéal. Same goes for payment in credit cards, there is no reason what so ever to doubt paying the room with a card (Master, Visa, American Express, Diners) since we do not mention your stay at the hotel on your invoice.
